
I am trying to start a new habit. It is to drink more water, 2 liter a day. It has been going on for a week now. I do see some difference. I pee a lot now! I can't retain any water. It feels like the more I drink, the more I pee. After 4 days, I do notice a difference on how my skin feel in the mornings. During the winter time here in Ohio, we always have the heater burning and its dry air always makes my skin feels dry and flaking. All the lotion in the world will not help. Skin feels a lot better now every morning.
I am looking forward to other benefits, like weight loss and digestive help.
